Many other virtual reception companies charge by the minute for incoming calls, and round up to the next minute.  The Puryear Logistics virtual reception service uses a simple billing structure based upon the number of incoming calls, which saves you from surprise overages.

By-the-minute billing can lead to surprises, as the number of minutes used for each call will often vary.  Some callers will leave a simple message, while other callers will leave a more detailed message. Still other callers will have questions (such as business hours, address, etc.).  Making matters worse, most virtual reception services round up to the next minute, meaning that a call which lasts 1 minute 1 second is billed 2 minutes.

Our virtual reception service is billed by the number of calls, not by the number of minutes used.  In addition to being fair, our billing methods also make it easier to plan your business expenses in advance, and to know how many incoming calls you have received so far for the month.
